Registration Fee Assistance Application entry into institutions of IPTA |
(i)Payment forRegistration Feeassistancetoinstitutions of higher learningAdmissionwill be made withinthirty(30)working days from thedate the application isclosed. |

TYT Fund Assistance Application |
(i)Advance Payment TYT Fundwillbe madeon the same day the incidentor disaster occurs, subject to the initial report by the Officer. (ii)on the balance ofpaymentsDocumentAssistanceFundapprovedHEwill be submittedtothe Human Resources Division, Penang Secretary Office within two (2)working days ofreceiving a completereportfromOfficer. |

Application for Refund of Deposit

(i)Payment/Refundofdeposit will be made within ten(10) working days,subject to the information and supporting documents. |

Complaint Management |
(i)Acknowledgement of Receiptof complaintsreceivedby letter,complaint form, e-mailande-Pintas Systemwill be sentto the complainant within three (3) working days afterreceiving the complaint. (ii) Feedbackon thecomplaintwill be sentto the complainant withinnine(9)working days after theAcknowledgement of ReceiptofComplaintsentPDTSPTrelated complaints(feedbackdeliveryperioddepends on the typeof complaints receivedwhether the complaintrequiresfurther studyandcomplexitythe complaint.). |
