Land Tax

1.When the land tax to be paid?
 
Land tax to be paid annually on or before May 31 of current year. Late penalty fee will be charged if payment is made after May 31. Regular late penalty will be imposed even if the bill be accepted after May 31 according to "penang land rules" schedule II (Rule 12) Year 2005

2. What is the late penalty that will be imposed?
